Final Home Football Game Packs Tons of Excitement

The Alabama Renegades Women's Full Contact Football team will host the Kentucky Karma Saturday, June 14 in the Renegades final home game of the 2008 season. The game will begin at 7:00pm at Alabama A&M Stadium.
Saturday's game will be Girl's Inc. Night. Young ladies from Girl's Inc. will be attending the game for free and helping out on the sidelines.
In addition to great football action, their will also be some great entertainment at the game. Stephanie Booker, the lead singer from the band Second Hand Lincoln will be singing the National Anthem prior to the game. Second Hand Lincoln is a local band with a big following. Stephanie grew up in choir and has an amazing voice full of power and resonance. And at half time, the Viper Vixen, the dance team for the AF2 Tennessee Valley Vipers, will be performing.
Tickets for the game are $12 for adults and $5 for kids. Children 12 and under are free. Adult tickets may be purchased prior to game day for a price of $10.

The Alabama Renegades are part of the National Women's Football Association (NWFA). There will be eight games played in the 2008 regular season. The team will travel to Cincinnati, OH, Louisville, KY, Chattanooga, TN, and Pensacola, FL. The NWFA is the largest league in the world for women's full contact football.
